Our house in Littleton, NH is set smack dab in the White Mountains. It is set a top Walker Mountain overlooking 10 private acres. It boasts panoramic views from the NH White Mountains to the VT Green Mountains. The house is a post and beam construction home and has soaring ceilings that still take my breath away. The house has two king bedrooms and one double bunk room (an open loft has a pull out sofa). The best part of the house is the sunsets - a huge firepit and Adirondack chairs lets you enjoy the show every night! 10 min to downtown Littleton but you feel like you are the only people in the world once you are at the house. 20 min to winter skiing at Cannon Mountain and 25 to Bretton Woods - summer you can enjoy the mountains, Clarks Trading Post, Flume Gorge and so much more!

John's Pond, Cape Cod has a great private association beach as well as tennis & pickle ball courts. The house is right across from the fully recreational lake (yes, you can bring your boat!) and we store two kayaks at the beach for you to use. The house is a fully updated ranch with three bedrooms (one queen, one full, and two twin beds), 1.5 bath, and fully laundry. The back yard has a private patio and a fire pit area to enjoy. The house is 10 min. from Mashpee Commons, great Cape Cod beaches and a mile from the Cape Cod Fairgrounds. A perfect central spot to check out the Cape and Islands.

Mystic Lake, Cape Cod is currently under renovation (estimated completion fall 2025). It was built in the 1930's as part of the Filene's estate and was named 'Camp Adelaide' as it was the estates guest house. The house is set on a 1.5 acre lot with a private beach and small boat house for guest to enjoy. We have kayaks, a sailboat and paddleboards to enjoy. The lake is next to the oldest airfield on Cape Cod - so you'll enjoy seeing bi-planes flying over the lake and and brave folks jumping from parachutes! The house was originally quite small - but a grand, but hopefully, historically appropriate, addition will allow it to have a top floor master suite, main floor kitchen with seating for 10, two first floor bedrooms and full bath - plus a full walk out bunk level with full bath, bunk room and bunk living room.
