Historic Lakehouse w/PRIVATE beach, boats and SUPs

Our little historic guest house is getting a bit bigger right now! We are in the process of adding on and will be updating our listing in early 2023 with photos/floor plans and new pricing. The house is set on a private 1.5 acre lot surrounded by trees. When you are at the the house all you'll see are trees and AMAZING views of the lake. There is a meandering lawn to your stairs down to your private sandy beach and boathouse. Once you are here you won't have to leave. Check back in 2023! When you are at the house you are surrounded by trees and you overlooking the breathtaking lake - it is incredibly private. The Cape Cod Airfield is nearby and you'll see vintage biplanes flying over the lake and often times dropping sky divers- it is just amazing! The house is NOT new construction so if you are looking for a hotel that is perfect then this probably isn't a fit. However, if you love unique then this is it - historic, beautiful hardwood floors, huge deck, new mattresses, original artwork, pottery barn outdoor sectional, great gas grill, Adirondack chairs and fire pit and it just feels like home. The entire house and the 1.5 acres of land is all yours to enjoy! There is a very long driveway and front yard to enjoy as well. Take your private stairs down to the private sandy beach and just sit and enjoy your day. The boats are there for you to enjoy (kayaks/sailboat, stand up paddle board and canoe) as well as Adirondack chairs. The swimming is amazing - you'll never want to leave! The small neighborhood is lovely and wooded - great place to take a walk or bike ride. But all of this and you are only 10 min to Hyannis and Craigsville Beach, restaurants, every store (from Whole Foods to Target) so it is the best of both worlds. I will be available to you 24/7 by cell/text- but if you don't need me then I'll completely leave you to enjoy your stay Our house is nestled at the end of a nice family neighborhood in Marstons Mills. The area is peaceful - but close enough to everything you'll want to explore on the Cape. Around the corner is the Cape Cod airfield where you can take a ride on a biplane too (and you'll see them flying over the lake!!) You'll never want to leave - but if you do we'll have a guide for all the best local spots for shopping, food and entertainment right on hand I am a super host and take the time to ensure everything you'll need for your stay is there for you - crisp cotton sheets, towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, tp/paper towels/house supplies - the less you have to worry about the more you'll enjoy your stay.
