Hello my friend.

Here we do short term rentals our own way - because here we're friends. 

And everyone knows that friends don't make you check out at 10 am, they stock the house so that your packing is easier and they trust you to use the good furniture. And, come on, what true friend wouldn't let you bring your dog?
